As a former "hardcore" skier I had really old boots and had thrown out my skis because they were delamming. I went into Ruckus to just get a little information about ski equipment in today's world and what my "like to have" would look like. A staff member told me "you gotta talk to Stephanie". Helpful is an understatement. She spent at least a 3/4 hour with me, knowing I was only looking to learn about todays equipment...
